001 — Construction systems

The traditional Portuguese system, executed with rigour: reinforced concrete structure, brick masonry walls and continuous insulation.
When it makes sense
Suitable for detached houses and buildings where high thermal inertia and a consolidated solution are sought, with widely available labour.

Structure in galvanised light steel profiles, dry-assembled with millimetric precision and closed with boards with cavity insulation.
When it makes sense
Ideal for short deadlines, extensions and additional floors: it is lightweight, eliminates the need for formwork and drastically reduces construction time and waste.

Modules produced and finished in a factory, in a controlled environment, then transported and assembled on site — consistent quality and far shorter timelines.
When it makes sense
Suited to demanding deadlines, extensions and hard-to-reach sites, where building off-site cuts assembly time and on-site disruption.
002 — Inside the walls
Hydraulic network embedded in the screed, distributed in a coil over insulation. It heats by radiation from the floor, with no visible radiators and with lower water temperatures.
Electricity, water and air conditioning chased into walls and mapped before the walls are closed, so that any future intervention does not require the demolition of finishes.
Wall-hung sanitary frames and piping in certified materials, with pressure testing before any covering.
Sheets and membranes applied to roofs, terraces and swimming pool shells, with reinforced detailing at singular points — the most common origin of pathologies.
Reinforced concrete shell cast in situ, waterproofed and custom-finished — without the shape limitations of prefabricated models.
ETICS system: continuous external thermal insulation, finished with render. It eliminates thermal bridges, protects the structure and cuts heating and cooling consumption.
Heat pump and efficient distribution for heating, cooling and hot water. Equipment sized to the home, with low consumption and quiet operation.
Integrated control of lighting, climate, blinds and security from a panel or your phone. Wiring prepared from the outset, to add functions without building work.
003 — One build, four phases
Excavation, slope retention and preparation of foundations.
Formwork, reinforcement and concreting of columns, beams and slabs.
Enclosure of the building envelope, insulation and waterproofing.
Plastering, flooring, joinery, sanitary ware and final painting.
