i9Constroi respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019. This page explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.
- 01
Data controller
The person responsible for the processing of your data is i9Constroi, with address at Rua Melvin Jones 15 B, 2610-297 Alfragide. For any questions about your data, please contact geral@i9constroi.com.
- 02
What data we collect and why
We only collect the data you give us when contacting us through the form or chat: name, email, phone (optional) and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer your request, prepare quotes and follow up — never for advertising or sale to third parties.
- 03
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and on the pre-contractual steps you request by contacting us (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR).
- 04
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. We only use providers that process data on our behalf to run the site: Resend (sending contact emails) and Vercel (hosting). Where any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made with the appropriate GDPR safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- 05
How long we keep it
We keep contact data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship arising from it. Once no longer needed, it is deleted.
- 06
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We store only one technical preference — the language you chose — to show you the site in the right language. We do not use Google Analytics or similar services.
- 07
Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you can access your data, correct it, request its erasure or the restriction of processing, object to processing, exercise portability and withdraw consent. Just write to geral@i9constroi.com; we reply within one month. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD — www.cnpd.pt).
- 08
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling based on your data.
